HOLD FAST TO GOD’S GRACE

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the world from the beginning to the end of year 2020.

In the past, physical gatherings were so common. But now, any face-to-face meeting of brothers and sisters may be perceived as rare as miracles.

We complained that this pandemic has taken away our comfortable lives, yet it has allowed us to experience God’s amazing will of daily guidance. Back to the beginning of March, we were clueless as we were planning for Sunday Service@Home. Initially, our online worships only involved a few co-workers. Gradually, more and more brothers and sisters joined the team. At first, there was only simple instrumental music, and now we have choir presentations, recordings of NLC Anniversary videos, Christmas Worship@Home, etc.

For in every time of need when we cry out to God, God allows us to experience His miraculous and wonderful provisions to accomplish His will!

I ought to praise the Lord and proclaim His loving-kindness:
O, Lord, your steadfast love never ceases; your mercies never come to an end.
You crown the year with your bounty; your wagon tracks overflow with abundance.
You take care of this land and watch over it throughout the year.

In closing, let us look back on our encounters with God, respond with gratitude to God and all who love us, and embark the new year 2021 with faith and hope. I would like to share this song “By Gentle Powers” (https://bit.ly/2WCTsuO), and encourage us to recall and affirm God’s leading in the past and continue to seek His directions for the future.
